In this class, we will help you explore your love of chocolate and you will learn the difference between couvetourve chocolate and commercial chocolate. Couverture chocolate, unlike regular chocolate, is ground to a finer texture during the production process and contains a greater percentage of cocoa butter relative to the other ingredients. These two differences produce a superior flavor and texture that makes couverture the preferred chocolate for tempering and enrobing truffles, bonbons, and other fine candies.
Your instructor has years of experience in the fine chocolate industry, and will share their expertise with you through an interactive learning class. You will also learn how to add DoTerra Essential Oils to your decadent treats to give them an added health benefit.
You’ll learn the knowledge and techniques to make fabulous chocolate and develop your own chocolate recipes. You’ll also be connected to a unique community of chocolate lovers as you share your experiences with your classmates.
